MBK Sports (“MBK Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates mbksports.net (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you browse the Site, create an account, place an order, join the MBK List, or contact us.

- Order information — products purchased, order history, and related fulfillment details

Card numbers and wallet credentials are handled by our payment providers (such as PayPal, Affirm, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay); we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers
- Newsletter / MBK List signups — email address when you join our list
- Messages you send us — content of contact or support requests
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar analytics/cookie data

6. Email marketing (MBK List)
If you subscribe to the MBK List, we use your email to send product updates, drops, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. Transactional emails about orders or your account may still be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, order records for accounting and customer support, account data while your account is active, and marketing emails until you unsubscribe or we delete the list record. We may retain certain information longer when required by law.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. We sell products that may be purchased for children (including Babyfit items), but the Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact kelly@mbksports.net and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where our service providers operate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
